Application for Renewing Current Recipients
If you are a previous Tozer Foundation scholarship recipient
whose four-year eligibility has not ended and you would
like
to
apply
for an additional scholarship, you
will need to provide your:
- Completed Scholarship Renewal Application
- Current official college transcript
In order for your
scholarship application to be considered
by the Tozer Scholarship Committee, these documents need
to
be
in
the Tozer Foundation office by March 1st.
Your FAFSA Student Aid Report must be sent by you to the
Tozer Scholarship office by March 30th.

Open the Scholarship Renewal Application PDF form
and
save
it
to
your
computer.
Complete
the form either on your computer or by hand. Print two
copies of the form, one copy for submission and one copy
for
your records.
